Katinka offers Australia wide shipping via Australia post. Please email us to enquire about international shipping.

Shipping is A$10.90 for Standard Domestic (Australia) and A$14.80 Express Domestic (Australia).

Orders are processed the following business day and dispatched within 3 business days. Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. As we have no control over the order after it has been dispatched, please ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout.

Returns

Item/s can be refunded (full amount not including shipping) subject to the following requirements:

Returned within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
The item must be unworn without any sign of fake tan, odour or makeup.

Please note, all customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and monitoring their parcel via their return tracking number. If the return parcel is lost or damaged in transit this is the responsibility of the customer.
